The managing company "Baan Taantawan Co.Ltd."
is for sale by the way of shareholder change,
just the company director change the 49%, then he
is the new owner
of the company with land and building (Hotel) and
all licenses.
The company has a registered capital of 2 Mio. Thai
Baht and one foreign work permit.
With
purchase interest 3 Mio. downpayment, the remainder
according to agreement

Idea
The existing hotel is not the deciding
factor for the price but rather the location !!
A
new main road is build just at the back of the building,
which guarantees easy access to the site and an increase
in value.
The
hotel is situated only approx. 150 m away from the
new shopping center Jungceylon and the new Banzaan
covered market. The new street will be equipped with
