The Idea



The existing hotel is not the deciding factor for the price but rather the location !!

A new main road is build just at the back of the building, which guarantees easy access to the site and an increase in value.

The hotel is situated only approx. 150 m away from the new shopping center Jungceylon and the new Banzaan covered market. The new street will be equipped with underground power supply cables, sewage pipes, fresh water pipes and glass fiber cables for fast telephone/internet lines, to which one can be connected. In the section in front of the hotel the road still is under construction and will be completed most likely within approx. 6 months.

The hotel locates for about 13 m in length directly to the sidewalk of the new Patong Bypass Road which will have 4 driving lanes and a parking strip.
